Prepare for the unveiling of seven eagerly awaited Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) stations, set to stretch from Tanjong Rhu to Bayshore, with an anticipated opening in the first half of 2024. The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has confirmed the substantial completion of these stations, encompassing Tanjong Rhu, Katong Park, Tanjong Katong, Marine Parade, Marine Terrace, Siglap, and Bayshore. Currently, the TEL operates seamlessly between Woodlands North and Gardens by the Bay stations, providing a crucial link across the city.

Notably, within this expanded network, the Founders' Memorial station, situated between Gardens by the Bay and the new Tanjong Rhu station, is earmarked to open in alignment with the finalization of local developments, according to the LTA. This strategic development suggests that post the commencement of operations at the seven new TEL4 stations, trains may streamline their route, bypassing Founders' Memorial when journeying between Gardens by the Bay and Tanjong Rhu stations – echoing the current arrangement with Marina South station. Stay tuned for an enhanced and efficient TEL network, seamlessly connecting key destinations across Singapore.
