Capella Hotel's indoor-outdoor bar is a great place to watch the Sentosa sunset. Lots of open space and comfy chairs. Cuba-inspired, there's a Latin jazz band playing from Wednesday to Friday and, appropriately, a good range of rum-based cocktails including mojitos made with freshly-squeezed sugar cane, and the Six Star Swizzle with rum, acai liqueur, spice garden syrup, Angostura bitters and fruit.
Montreux offers live music and a bistro menu, set in an upscale, semi-casual space. Live performances consist of local and regional groups. Located at Pan Pacific Orchard, its menu features items named after jazz and blues legends, such as the B.B. Cheese Burger ($28), along with a wide variety of cocktails.

There are also old-style speakeasy cocktails, jazzed up for today's tastes. A spacious and gorgeous setting makes this an ideal spot for business drinks or after-work cocktails.
